Why we built it
The reason this project exists.
A garden reno starts as a photo and a vague idea, then gets stuck finding a landscaper who understands it. We built a shared 3D workspace so the homeowner and the landscaper design, quote and track the build in the same place — not over text messages and guesswork.
Every BIXSO project starts the same way — with a real business problem worth solving, not a technology looking for a use. Then comes the model, the analysis, and the agents.

It starts with the business.
A two-sided marketplace earns by giving the landscaper a reason to pay for access — while the homeowner stays free, because they are the demand the platform needs to attract supply.

The shape of the agentic AI.
A landscaping job is a sequence of distinct, real-world steps — read a design, advise on compliance, generate a materials list, answer a question in context — so Landscape AI is built as task-specialist calls into the same 3D scene, each one Energy-metered, rather than a single freeform agent. The scene itself is the anatomy the AI reads: block kind, dimensions and materials are structured data, not a text description guessed from a photo. Every AI action — advise, guide, chat — is one governed, metered call through the BIXSO Brain Gateway; deterministic actions (browsing the board, building the 3D scene) stay free.

The scene is the anatomy
Blocks, dimensions and materials in the 3D scene are structured data the AI reads directly — the clearest grounded-cognition evidence in the whole BIXSO fleet.
Every action is a discrete, metered task
Advise, guide and chat are separate Energy-metered calls with a typed input and output — clean to price, test and audit.
Human sign-off, always
The AI drafts advice and next steps; only the homeowner approves a quote or a handover — the agreement is a human decision, never an AI one.
Gateway-only, fails closed
Every LLM call goes through the BIXSO Brain Gateway with no vendor fallback — if the Brain is down, the deterministic rules engine keeps the app useful.
