bixso.net: a professional network with an AI Twin instead of a feed algorithm

The problem: networks reward attention, not trust
Most professional networks are, underneath, attention businesses — the algorithm’s job is to keep you scrolling. What gets lost is the thing a professional network is supposed to build: durable trust between people who can actually help each other.
bixso.net (product name bixso-social, Royal Blue #2563EB) is BIXSO’s own network — the
branded-house arm we run, not a sellable product — built around a different unit of value: a
Trust System with a TR/TP ledger and tiers from Bronze to Platinum, so reputation is a number
you earn by contributing, not a follower count.
What’s actually live
bixso.net replaced its original Base44 scaffold entirely — full custom backend, Firestore-native,
running on Cloud Run in GCP project bixso-network:
- 78-entity CRUD API covering the network graph, solutions (publish/vote/cite/endorse), trust records and more.
- Network AI (formerly “Aria”) — the platform’s AI Twin, with persona and session memory,
reachable through the
/ariaChatroute. It runs on the BIXSO Brain Gateway, so every call is authenticated and cost-metered the same way as every other BIXSO app. - Solutions economy — publish, vote, cite, endorse — a structure for surfacing expertise instead of hot takes.
- Mobile app (Expo, 5 tabs: Feed / Network / Solutions / Network AI / Profile), submitted to Apple App Review and on Google Play internal testing.
The honest gaps
Two things we’re not pretending are done: realtime updates currently run on 30-second polling, not a push architecture, and Network AI’s full agentic loop (the version that can draft and act, not just chat) is spec’d but not yet built. We’d rather say that plainly than let a demo imply otherwise.
Why bixso.net exists
bixso.net and BIXSO Academy are BIXSO’s own arms, not products for sale — the community and knowledge layer the rest of the ecosystem plugs into. It’s also where BIXSO’s own AI Twin concept gets proven in public before that pattern shows up in client work.
