We work through the canvas in its mandatory order — first the business MODEL (who pays, what is promised, how money moves), then the ANALYSIS (the root problem, the context, the boundaries, the metric that decides whether you won), then the AI wing (the process, who or what performs each step, what a human must approve), and finally the one-sentence Solution at the heart.
The session ends where it matters: scoring your own canvas against the three fit-gates — is it worth doing, is it the right problem, can it actually run — and being honest about which one it fails.
Who it is for: founders, business analysts, product owners and anyone introducing AI into a real operation. No prior BSC knowledge needed; the free BSC Foundations course is a useful warm-up but not required.
